Dairy free breakfast sundae
Made from dairy free yogurt and a mix of toppings, a breakfast sundae looks like a fancy dessert but is actually a very nutritious start to the day. You never know, your child might be tempted into trying something new sandwiched in one of the layers!

Choose a small glass or toddler sized cup to make your sundae in.
Get out your tub of dairy free yogurt, plus 3 or 4 toppings from the list above. If your child is helping make the sundae, pour out the toppings into small bowls so they can easily access them.
Choose one of the toppings to line the bottom of your glass with. Something colourful at the bottom is nice!
Add a large spoonful of yogurt; a heaped dessert spoon is about the right amount.
Chose another topping to sprinkle in.
Then add another layer of yogurt, followed by a different topping. Continue the process until you reach the top of your glass! I like to finish with a mix of all the toppings sprinkled on top!
